Fenix GL23R weapon laser flashlight, 1200 lm

The Fenix GL23R rechargeable weapon light with laser is specifically designed for use on short firearms. The white light output is 1200 ANSI lumens with a beam distance of up to 240 meters. Additionally, the light features a green laser, which is ideal for easier target acquisition (the laser's aiming direction can be finely adjusted). The light is powered by a single Fenix ARB-L18-1100 Li-ion battery, which is recharged directly within the light via a USB-C port on its side and is included in the package. The simplified operation of the light is ambidextrous (for both right-handed and left-handed users). The GL23R comes with three versions of tail switch pads (universal - factory installed, short, extended), which can also be combined (use a different switch on each side of the light according to personal preference). The light can operate in three modes - white light only, white light + green laser, or just the green laser alone. Mounting on a weapon rail is simple - the light slides onto the weapon rail and is secured with a rotating wheel (can be tightened firmly, for example, with a coin). It can be attached to Picatinny MIL-STD-1913 and GLOCK standard weapon rails (may not fit slimline category firearms, e.g., Glock 30 model). The light is suitable for professionals as well as sport and hobby shooters.

All light parameters (luminous flux, battery runtime, waterproofness, and beam distance) are measured in accordance with the ANSI/NEMA FL 1-2009 standard.

Fenix GL23R Light Operation

From the factory, there may be an insulating cap inside the light on the battery. Remove it from the battery before first use.

Turn the lower selector switch to select the desired lighting mode (permanently off, white light, green laser, white light + green laser combination).

For momentary activation, slide the tail switch to the upper position and hold. Release the switch, and it will return to the middle position, turning off the light.

For constant-on, slide the tail switch to the lower position. Slide it back to the middle position to turn off the light.

Charging the light - open the rubber cover of the charging port and connect it to a computer, mains USB adapter, or car USB adapter (not included) using the provided USB-C cable. You can also use any mobile phone charger with a USB-C connector. During charging, the indicator LED on the side of the light glows red; it turns green when fully charged. Charging a fully depleted battery takes approximately 2 hours. The Li-ion battery used does not suffer from memory effect, so the light can be recharged at any time.

Battery replacement - unscrew the light head and insert the battery with the positive terminal facing outwards. Then, fully tighten the head again.

Adjusting the laser aiming direction - left-right deviation adjustment is on the left side of the light. Use the included Allen key clockwise or counter-clockwise to move the laser dot. The up-down deviation adjustment is located at the bottom of the light; again, use the included Allen key to move the laser dot. When making large directional corrections, there may be an interaction that causes diagonal movement of the laser or its blockage. It may be necessary to turn the opposite adjustment screw counter-clockwise to allow the laser module to move to the desired position.

Intelligent overheat protection - if the light's temperature exceeds 60°C, the output will automatically decrease. Once the temperature drops below 55°C, the output will gradually increase again.

• Insert batteries with the positive terminal facing the light head.
• If the light is blinking, operating at low output, or not turning on, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
  
  • The battery is depleted - replace or recharge it.
  • The contacts inside the light are dirty - clean them with a cotton swab dipped in alcohol.
