Operation:
With the flashlight off, press and hold the switch for 0.5 seconds to turn it on in the last used normal output mode (General mode). With the flashlight off, double-click the switch quickly to turn it on in the emergency mode of 5 lumens (Extreme mode). You can switch between output modes at any time during operation by pressing the side button within the selected mode group. With the flashlight on, press and hold the switch for 0.5 seconds to turn it off.
Battery level indication – press the flashlight button (with the flashlight off). If the indicator LED is green, the battery is charged to over 85%. Flashing green means 50-85% capacity. If it is red, it is charged to 25-50%. Flashing red means less than 25% battery capacity remains.
Low battery warning – the flashlight will gradually and automatically switch to the lowest mode, and the indicator in the button will start flashing red.
Charging – Open the dust cover and connect the USB-C charging cable to the charging port. After charging is complete, replace the dust cover. The indicator in the button glows red during charging. It turns green when fully charged. Do not charge the flashlight in an explosive environment. Use the included USB charging adapter for safety during charging.
To replace the battery, unscrew the end cap of the flashlight using an 8 mm Allen key. Never replace the battery in an explosive environment.
Warning
- Perform all servicing, charging, and battery replacements outside of explosive environments!
- Use only the manufacturer-certified Fenix battery.
- If the sealing rubber ring on the flashlight's tail cap thread is damaged, replace it with the spare one from the flashlight package.
- If the flashlight is flashing, not switching to higher output modes, or not turning on, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
- The battery is discharged; charge or replace it.
