Fenix WF25RM is a professional service flashlight that offers exceptional technical parameters for demanding users. It combines reliability, high performance, and versatile use. It is equipped with white light with a short-term output of up to 3000 lumens and 365 nm ultraviolet light with an output of up to 500 mW. The UV light allows, for example, quick verification of the authenticity of documents and banknotes or checking for fluid leaks. Power is provided by a 5000 mAh 21700 Li-ion battery, which is charged directly in the flashlight using the included cradle with a USB cable. The flashlight simply clicks into the cradle when charging. The cradle is equipped with mounting holes, so it can be screwed to a wall or desk, for example. The charging cable can be detached from the cradle, allowing the flashlight to be charged even without the cradle. Furthermore, the battery itself is equipped with a USB-C charging port, so the flashlight can be easily charged even without the charging cradle.

Fenix WF25RM has a total of five white light modes with a runtime of up to 77 hours and one UV light mode. It is operated using a button ergonomically placed on the side. The tail cap is equipped with an integrated carabiner for hanging. The flashlight has a built-in safety circuit. When switched to the two highest white light modes and the reflector is brought within 1 cm of the illuminated object, it automatically reduces the output to a low mode to prevent potential damage.

Fenix WF25RM Flashlight Usage

The flashlight may have an insulating cap inside on the battery from the factory. Remove it before first use.

To turn on/off, press and hold the side button for approximately 0.5 seconds. Short presses of the button allow you to cycle through the output modes of 30 - 150 - 400 - 1000 lumens at any time during operation. The highest BURST mode of 3000 lumens can be activated by holding the button for 1.2 seconds. Upon release, the flashlight will return to the mode from which the highest output was activated. UV light is activated by a double-click from the off state.

UV light activation indicator - when UV light is on, the indicator in the side button flashes red and green alternately as a warning that the invisible ultraviolet light is active. If the battery is nearly depleted, the indicator flashes only red.

Intelligent proximity sensor - the flashlight has a built-in safety circuit. When switched to the two highest white light modes and the reflector is brought within 1 cm of the illuminated object, it automatically reduces the output to a low mode to prevent damage to the object from strong light and glare from reflected light. This function is not active for UV light.

Disabling/enabling the proximity sensor - to disable the function, unscrew the battery cap of the flashlight, then press the side button and tighten the cap again. The flashlight indicates the function is disabled by three blinks. Replacing the battery will automatically re-enable this function.

Charging - click the flashlight into the cradle with the charging port facing inwards. Alternatively, if the charging cable is detached from the cradle, bring the magnetic connector of the charging cable to the connector on the flashlight. Plug the other end of the cable into a computer or a USB adapter for a power outlet or car. The side indicator glows red during charging. After full charge, it turns green. Charging a fully depleted battery takes approximately 2 hours and 45 minutes using a 3A source. The flashlight cannot be used while charging. The battery can also be charged outside the flashlight using the integrated USB-C port - plug the USB-C cable into the side port next to the positive pole; the indicator in the positive pole of the battery glows red during charging. After reaching full charge, it glows blue or green.

Intelligent overheat protection - due to the high output, the flashlight's temperature increases. If the flashlight's temperature exceeds 60°C, the output will automatically decrease. Once the temperature drops below 60°C, the output will gradually increase again.

Battery level indication - the flashlight always indicates the battery level for three seconds after turning it on. Green indicates a sufficient charge level (100% - 85%), flashing green indicates 85% - 50%, solid red indicates 50% - 25%, and flashing red indicates a critically low battery (25% - 1%). If the battery is depleted, the flashlight will automatically switch to lower output modes. Once the lowest output is reached, the battery level indicator will flash red to remind you to recharge or replace the battery.

• Do not disassemble the sealed part of the flashlight head yourself, as this will void the warranty.
• Use only high-quality Li-ion 21700 batteries with protective circuitry.
• If the protective rubber O-rings appear damaged after prolonged use, replace them.
• If the flashlight flashes, does not switch to a higher output, or does not turn on, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
  
  • The battery is depleted; charge it.
  • The contacts inside the flashlight are dirty – clean them with a cotton swab dipped in alcohol.
  • The flashlight tail cap is loose; tighten it.
