POC Procen Helmet
The light, aerodynamic and ventilated Procen model uses the Venturi effect to control airflow around the head for absolute speed, bringing increased comfort and heat control in demanding time trials.A distinct trailing edge pushes air away from the shoulders to further aid aerodynamics and airflow control when reaching maximum speed.
Large vents at the front of the helmet help push air through the helmet, providing cooling for the entire head and utilizing the Venturi effect to optimize airflow around the head and shoulders.
The Procen uses an innovative 2-position lens system to overcome the problem common to all helmets with a visor: lens fogging. In the "start position" the lens is placed about 10 mm from the helmet to ensure natural airflow, which is ideal for preventing fogging during the start of a time trial.
