The Proterra Light i27 wheels are lightweight alloy trail wheels. The 27mm inner rim width provides an optimal profile for tires in the 2.3 - 2.5 inch width range. The rim profile with optimized walls provides the perfect combination of stiffness and durability. The hubs were not skimped on either, featuring top-of-the-line EZO bearings, and the rear hub is equipped with a 6-pawl freehub body with a 5-degree engagement. In short, Proterra wheels offer the look, sound, and feel you expect from high-end wheelsets.
