The new Forge 30 rims are based on the same impact-resistant profiles as the top-tier Beskar aluminum wheels. During the development of the new generation of rims, we performed impact tests and FEM analyses on over 30 prototypes of different rim profiles. In addition to the familiar angled design, we have further optimized the rim flanges. As a result, the 30-millimeter impact-resistant rims are even more resistant to damage. The rim profiles are also as straight as possible, so that in combination with modern MTB tires, they generate great grip and comfort. The 30-millimeter wide Forge 30 Base rims are made of high-quality duralumin and come with tubeless tape.
