Mavic Crossmax XL 29" Boost front wheel
Crossmax XL are perfect wheelsets with a reinforced aluminum rim for riding in challenging technical terrain, yet light enough for steep mountain climbs. The triangular rim shape can absorb strong impacts, so nothing will throw you off in an aggressive descent. The basis is a rim with an internal width of 30 mm, optimized for lower tire pressure and ideally combined with tires with a width of from 2.3" to 2.6".A wide and strong rim treated with Black Shield surface finish can withstand impacts and scratches. Of course, there is the Fore technology without the need for rim tape. 24 double-butted spokes ensure excellent lateral stiffness and vertical compliance.
