Vredestein SUPERPASSO 700x25C tire, kevlar, tan
The Superpasso is a high-performance all-round folding tire with many features that suits a wide range of riders. The basic construction with 150 TPI makes the tire very supple, has low rolling resistance and provides high riding comfort. The TriComp technology with a balanced combination of three rubber compounds on the tread and sidewalls gives you the confidence you can expect from a premium racing tire: even wear, fast cornering, strong puncture protection and maximum grip in wet and dry conditions.
The tire has an integrated Sportex Protection Layer (SPL) in the tread. This significantly reduces the risk of punctures compared to a normal racing tire.
A useful feature is the tread wear indicator (TWI), which helps you recognize when the tire is worn and needs to be replaced. The Vredestein Superpasso tire is designed to match the latest wider rim profiles (19 mm), ensuring a realistic tire width, so you always know if the tire fits your frame.

PSI - indicates the pressure to which the manufacturer recommends inflating the tire. 1 atmosphere = 14.7 PSI
TPI (EPI) - the density of the shell's skeleton fibres. The higher the TPI value, the more flexible and flexible the tire will be.
Kevlar tire - foot made of Kevlar fibres. The cover can be folded, so it is more practical when moving or storing. It is characterized by a lower weight compared to wire casings and a higher resistance to puncture.
Wire tire - bead made of wire. The shell is inflexible, it is heavier than the Kevlar one.
