I have been using these tires for a long time, excellent and comfortable ride on our quality Slovak roads ?28C is comfortable riding. I ride with regular inner tubes about 8€. No punctures yet.
The only problem with these tires is that I have never been able to put them on my bike myself. I always have to take them to the service. (and I've tried everything....with spring water, heated with a hair dryer, etc.)
It's fine when you drop it. I still think it's a top-notch jacket.

Tieto plášte používam už dlhodobo, výborná a pohodlná jazda na našich kvalitných slovenských cestách 😀28C je komfortné jazdenie. Jazdím s obyčajným dušami cca 8€. Zatiaľ žiaden defekt.
Jediný problém ktoré tieto plášte majú že ešte ani raz sa mi ich nepodarilo nahodiť samému na koleso. Vždy ich musím zaniesť do servisu. ( a to som vyskúšal asi všetko....cez jarovú vodu, nahriate fénom atď)
Pri zhadzovaní je to už v pohode. Aj tak si myslím že je to špičkový plášť

Great satisfaction, especially with the replacement. I used Continentals, but Pirellis are unthinkable when I can put them on by hand, and they are much harder to put on.
The ride comfort is good and it holds up well on descents.
The only downside is that the plastic wears out less than the conti, but that's the case with other plastics too.
The prices for quality plastics are what they are, I guess no one has anything against it. If I look at the price of automotive plastic and bicycle plastic and their durability, they are really expensive. ??

Velka spokojnost hlavne s vymenou pouzival som continentali ale pirelli dokazem nahodit rukou pri conti nemyslitelne a ovela tazsie sa nahadzuju.
Jazdny komfort dobry drzia paradne v zjazdoch.
Jedine minus opotrebovanie plasta vydrzi menej ako conti ale to je aj pri inych plastoch.
Ceny za kvalitne plaste su ake su s tym asi nik nic nespravy ak si pozriem cenu automobiloveho plasta a cyklistickeho a ich vydrz tak su to riadne palky.😀😀

I rate the 28" Pirelli tires positively. They are very comfortable and roll well.
The manufacturer's weight information is exaggerated, they weigh tens of grams more. Interesting is the width of the tires on rims with an internal width of 21 mm (DA wheels) which I measured and compared with 25" rims. 28 are 27.82 mm wide and 25 are 27.41 mm wide. Minimal difference in width, but quite large in ride comfort.

Pozitívne hodnotím 28" plášte Pirelli. Sú veľmi pohodlné a dobre sa odvalujú.
Údaj výrobcu o váhe je nadsadený, vážia o desiatky gramov viac. Zaujímavosť je šírka plášťov na ráfikoch s vnútornou šírkou 21 mm (kolesá DA) ktorú som meral a porovnával s 25" olášťami. 28 sú široké 27,82 mm a 25 sú široké 27,41 mm. Minimálny rozdiel v šírke, ale pomerne veľký v pohodlí jazdy.

Bought as a reserve at a good price, now I have Lime, excellent tires, about 3000 km without a puncture so far, I switched from 25C to 28C tires, I can recommend ??

Kúpené do rezervy v dobrej cene, teraz mám Lime, výborne plášte, zatiaľ cca 3000 km bez defektu, prešiel som z 25C na 28C plášte, môžem odporučiť 👍🏼

Unfortunately, I have to write this here and believe that no one else will have a similar experience as me. I have been riding Pirelli P Zero Race since the beginning of the year. Everything was fine. I have it together with Pirelli P Zero Smart tube inner tubes. The rear plastic wore out relatively quickly so I ordered another Pirelli P Zero Race which came in a slightly different box and it is clear that the inner side of the tire is also designed differently (I noticed it when I was changing tires). The new tire arrived on 05.08.2024. I would not wish what happened then on my worst enemy....

The tire was put on, the first ride was only a short 30km, it was OK. The second ride with a group after about 90 km, an incredible blow in a second, I was on a tire and I was very lucky that we were going on a flat road at about 25km/h. Otherwise I definitely wouldn't have stopped!! When the tire exploded, it came off the tire. Just before that, I was going downhill where I was going 60km/h + I don't even want to imagine what would happen at that speed.... I parked it on the side of the road and my friends and I don't understand how it is possible that on a new tire that doesn't even have 200km and there is no visible external damage, the Pirelli P Zero smart tube tube can explode and make a 20 cm hole??? I attach a photo.

As a reserve I also carry a P Zero Race tube, we put the tube in, get home and order another P Zero Race tube for about 30 Euros. Another shorter trip of up to 50 km everything is OK. Of course I go much more carefully on the descents, I have experience from the last trip but I tell myself, it was just a coincidence and something like that can't happen to me again in a short time. The opposite was true

A trip with a group on Sunday. The plan was about 120km. After 50km, another huge blow and again I was very lucky that we were on the flat at low speed. My tire came off again and again it was on the rear wheel where a new tire was put on. That's no fun anymore, sorry!!!! Again, this was preceded by descents where I could have broken down or, in worse case, killed!!! !

Coincidentally, there was a clever mechanic boy at the exit who immediately looked at my rim and immediately took the inner tube in his hand as if it were possible. My wheels are FFWD, absolutely no problem there, everything is beautifully smooth. He takes the Pirelli P Zero tire in his hand, looks at it, goes through it and also says that he does not see any damage or puncture there, so that the inner tube explodes again and a 20cm crack is made (I attach a photo). After a while, Peter says, come here, run your hand over the bead of the tire from the inside. When I ran my hand through it, it was immediately clear to me where the problem was My new tire has literally sharp parts of the carcass on the bead which 1000% caused explosions with 20cm cracks all the inner tubes that were put in that tire have exactly 2 places (2 walls of the bead of the tire) clearly printed notches that are beautifully visible. I attach a photo. It is in these notches that 20cm holes were created during the explosions!!!

To make sure I don't forget, the tires were inflated to the pressure exactly according to the table provided by the manufacturer for my weight.

Now I ask dear Pirelli, I was very lucky, but what if there are other tires in circulation with the same manufacturing defect???? What if someone else is not so lucky and their tire explodes on the descent???? This is where all the fun ends!!! In the worst case scenario, someone could really kill themselves

I believe that MT Biker will send my tire to Pirelli and a responsible analysis will be made or tires with the same manufacturing defect will be withdrawn from circulation. Or am I the only one who had such a tire come off the line??? That's up to you to find out!

I took responsible photos of everything and I have the original packaging from all the souls this raincoat ruined for me. I am sending everything to MT Biker in one box and with the description that I posted here in the review.

Bohužiaľ musím to sem napísať a veriť ze nikto ďalší nebude mat podobnú skúsenosť ako ja. Pirelli P Zero Race jazdím od začiatku roka. Všetko bolo v poriadku. Mam to spolu s Pirelli P Zero Smart tube dušami. Zadný plast sa opotreboval relatívne rýchlo tak som objednal znova Pirelli P Zero Race ktorý prišiel v trocha inej krabici a je vidieť že aj vnútorná strana plášťa je inak konštrukčne riešená ( všimol som si keď som prehadzoval plašte ). Novy plášť mi prišiel 05.08.2024. To čo sa dialo potom neprajem ani najhoršiemu nepriateľovi....

Plášť bol nahodený prvý výjazd iba krátky 30km to bolo OK. Druhy výjazd s partiou po cca 90 km neskutočná rana v sekunde som bol na rafiku a mal som obrovské šťastie že sme išli po rovine pohodu cca 25km/h. Inak by som to určite neustal !! Pri explózii mi totiž plašť vyzulo z rafika. Tesne pred tým som išiel zjazd kde so mal aj 60km/h + ani si nechcem predstaviť čo by sa udialo v tej rýchlosti .... Odstavil som to na krajnici a s kamarátmi nechápeme ako je možné že na novom plášti ktorý nemá ani 200km a nieje vidieť akékoľvek vonkajšie poškodenie môže explodovať duša Pirelli P Zero smart tube a urobiť 20 cm dieru ??? prikladám foto.

Ako rezervu vozím tiež dušu P Zero Race nahodíme dušu dôjdem domov a objednám do rezervy znova dušu P Zero Race za nejakých 30 Euro. Ďalší kratší výjazd do 50 km všetko OK. Samozrejme v zjazdoch idem oveľa opatrnejšie mam skúsenosť z posledného výjazdu ale hovorím si, to bola iba náhoda a niečo podobne sa mi nemôže v krátkej dobe stáť znova. Opak bol pravdou

Výjazd s partou v nedeľu. Bol plán cca 120km. Po 50km znova obrovská rana a znova som mal obrovské šťastie že sme boli na rovine pri nízkej rýchlosti. Znova mi vyzulo plášť a znova to bolo na zadnom kolese kde bol obutý nový plašť . To už s prepáčením nie je žiadna sranda !!!! Znova tomu predchádzali zjazdy kde som sa mohol dolámať alebo v horšom prípade zabiť !!! !

Zhodou okolnosti bol snami na výjazde chlapec šikovný mechanik ktorý mi hneď pozeral ráfik a hneď bral do ruky dušu ako je to sakra možné. Kolesa mam FFWD tam absolútne žiaden problém všetko krásne hladké. Zoberie do ruky plašť Pirelli P Zero pozerá prechádza a tiež hovorí že tam nevidí žiadne poškodenie ani prepichnutie aby znova explodovala duša a urobila sa 20cm trhlina ( prikladám foto ). Po chvíli ale hovorí Peter poď sem prejdi rukou po pätke plášťa z vnútornej strany. Keď som prešiel rukou bolo mi hneď jasne kde je problém Môj novy plášť ma na pätke doslova ostré časti kostry ktoré na 1000% spôsobili explózie s 20cm trhlinami všetky duše ktoré boli v tom plášti nasadené majú presne na 2 miestach ( 2 steny pätky plášťa ) vyslovene vytlačené vrúbky ktoré sú krásne viditeľne. Prikladám foto. Presne v týchto vrubkach sa vytvorili 20cm diery pri explóziách !!!

Aby som nezabudol plášte boli nahustené na tlak presne podľa tabuľky ktorú udáva výrobca k mojej váhe.

Teraz sa pýtam milé Pirelli ja som mal obrovské šťastie ale čo ak sú v obehu aj ďalšie plášte s rovnakou výrobnou vadou ???? Čo ak niekto iný nebude mať také šťastie a exploduje mu duša v zjazde ???? Tu konci všetka sranda !!! Naozaj sa môže niekto v horšom prípade zabiť

Verím že MT Biker pošle do Pirelli môj plášť a urobí sa zodpovedná analýza pripadne sa stiahnu z obehu plášte s rovnakou výrobnou vadou. Alebo som iba jediný ktorému z linky zišiel takýto plášť ??? To je doležíte zistiť !

Všetko som si zodpovedne nafotil a mam originál balenie od všetkých duší ktoré mi tento plašť zničil. Všetko posielam MT Bikeru v jednej krabici aj s popisom ktorý som uverejnil sem v recenzii.

Som veľmi zvedavý ako sa bude môj prípad riešiť.

Ja osobne po tomto plasti uz ani nepozriem. Celkovo s Pireli za kratku dobu nemam dobre skusenosti co sa tyka pevnosti.Na povodnych P7 som po 3000km dostaval same defekty najme v chladnom pocasi., P Zero plaste zas velmi rychlo popraskali po 2000km za 4 mesiace pouzivania. Nakoniec prerazený z boku ked sa koleso smiklo do skary na betone. Je pravda ze su lahke a rychle, ale kvalita ma sklamala. Vratil som sa k povodnemu P7 do zadu, ktory bol uz ako valec a P Zero dopredu. Tuto kombinaciu uz len v zime dojazdim a pojdem do inej znacky.
