Maxxis Minion DHF 27.5x2.50" DH 3C MaxxGrip tire, wire bead
Maxxis Minion DHF 27.5x2.50" DH 3C MaxxGrip Tire
The Minion DHF is a legend among freeride and downhill tires. It's the standard that other competing tires try to match. The DHF can be used front or rear (depending on trail conditions). It has excellent riding characteristics, especially perfect cornering and great traction at high speeds. It is designed for loose natural surfaces, such as gravel, mud, and dirt. Angled center knobs reduce rolling resistance, while the lateral grooves in the tread multiply the number of edges that hold better on loose surfaces.|
3C MaxxGrip provides the best traction on wet, steep roads with rocks and roots. However, with more rolling resistance, climbs and flat sections will be more tiring

Wire tire - bead made of wire. The tire is inflexible, it is heavier than Kevlar.
