Maxxis High Roller III is a downhill tire with an open, aggressive tread pattern designed for maximum traction in loose and soft terrain. Large gaps between the center and side knobs allow for controlled drifting and confidence in cornering, which will be appreciated by riders on trails as well as in enduro and DH riding. 3C MaxxGrip compound provides an exceptionally sticky feel and slow rebound, thanks to which the tire holds its line excellently even in technical sections and during braking.Robust downhill construction with a double-layer casing and a butyl insert in the bead and sidewall area increases puncture resistance and stability during aggressive riding. Tubeless Ready design allows for lower pressures for even better traction and comfort, while the Wide Trail design is optimized for wider rims of modern mountain bikes. The tire is suitable for use front or rear depending on the preferred handling characteristics of the bike.
