Tubeless Ready
- Tubeless tires have many advantages: You can drive with less air pressure and therefore has better traction, rolling resistance is lower than with a hose, and where no hose, also decreases the risk of breakdown. MAXXIS TR tires are better prepared for the installation with sealing milk than others Tubeless Ready tires, because the bulge of our TR tires is completely coated with a rubber layer as on an actual UST tubeless tires. Thereby the Schlauchlosmontage is all wheels that comply with the standard dimensions, successfully with the first inflation and with little liquid. Even normal MAXXIS MTB tire can be mounted with sealant such as tires from other manufacturers Tubeless because the carcass is very dense. but officially released for Tubeless mounting and guarantees from MAXXIS are the new MAXXIS TR models tubeless assembly of other models at your own risk.
EXO Protection
- This extremely cut and abrasion resistant material protects the sidewall of different MTB tires. It is very tightly woven, lightweight and very flexible. Thus, the performance of the tire remains unchanged convincingly well.

PSI - indicates the pressure to which the manufacturer recommends inflating the tire. 1 atmosphere = 14.7 PSI
TPI (EPI) - the density of the tire's skeleton fibres. The higher the TPI value, the more flexible the tire will be.
Kevlar tire - foot made of Kevlar fibres. The tire can be folded, so it is more practical when moving or storing. It is characterized by a lower weight compared to wire casings and a higher resistance to puncture.
Wire tire - bead made of wire. The tire is inflexible, it is heavier than Kevlar.

Dobry den, aka zmes (tvrdost) je pouzita na behunoch? V com spociva ta EXO ochrana? Dakujem za odpoved.

Dobrý deň prajem,
ochrana EXO spočíva v spevnení bočníc (je tam pridaná výstuha), ktoré má zabrániť v prerezaní bočnice - napr. od ostrých kameňov v teréne.
Plášť je dodávaný v zmesi DUAL - Maxxis už momentálne neoznačuje číselne jednotlivé zmesi (kedysi to bolo 62a pre stred plášťa a 60a pre boky..), no v skratke sa pri tomto plášti jedná a voľbu mäkšej zmesi na bokoch plášťa pre dosiahnutie lepšieho gripu a tvrdšej zmesi v strede behúňa pre dosiahnutie optimálneho výkonu a najmä životnosti.

Splnil ucel, hladal som cenovo dostupny kvalitny plast ktory ma rozsirenu ochranu proti prerazeniu v terene. Po dvoch rokoch zatial ziaden problem, navyse som nemal ani ziaden defekt.
