The light is almost perfect for our eMTB. I was looking for something small that wouldn't stick out too much. Since I was mounting it somewhere else than the manufacturer intended, I modified it a bit and attached it with mounting tape and zip ties.
The light shines sufficiently from about 4.5V. At 6V and more it shines beyond expectations.
It lights up OK even when connected to the Bafang M500, although you have to pay attention to the fw version in the controller/motor. Older fw (connected brake sensors) only put 3.4V on the rear light by default. Then the light is already dim. (I haven't tried it without brake sensors.) When braking, it goes to a full 6V and the light shines beyond expectations. The newer 18A fw, however, puts out more by default (I estimate 4.5V - 5V) and then it shines perfectly.
With the newer M500, the original 18A is fully lit (there is still 6V).
The wires are quite thin.
The only drawback is that it doesn't have a reflector.
Svetlo takmer ideálne pre naše eMTB. Hľadal som niečo malé, čo by príliš nepretŕčalo. Keďže som ho montoval inde, ako výrobca zamýšľal, trošku som ho upravil a uchytil za pomoci montážnej pásky a zdrhovacích pások.

The light is small, handy, and it shines well. I just think the angle of inclination is a bit towards the ground... but maybe I should have put it higher - assembly error...

Svetlo malé, šikovné, aj dobre svieti. Akurát sa mi vidí ten uhol sklonu tak trochu k zemi... no možno som ho mal dať vyššie - chyba montáže...
