In-Mold is the designation of a technological process in which expanded polystyrene foam (EPS) is injected into the helmet shell and its reinforcements, enclosed in a mold. Their connection reinforces the area of the ventilation openings and ribs. The result is a compact, monolithic, lightweight, safe, and very durable helmet.
