The BC28R Emerald model is adapted for the Czech and Slovak markets – it has refined control with separate power increase and decrease, an added 200 lumen mode, and modified pulse flashing for longer duration. It offers six modes including flashing, a maximum runtime of 65 hours, and the possibility of linked control with a compatible rear light (not included). The quick-release mount allows tool-free installation and easy removal of the light for handheld use, and it is compatible with handlebars with a diameter of 22 – 32 mm, or up to 35 mm after removing the inserts. The light is waterproof and dustproof according to IP66, impact-resistant from a fall of 1.5 m, and all parameters are measured according to the ANSI/PLATO FL1 standard.

Rechargeable Fenix BC28R Emerald bike light offers a luminous flux of 2500 lumens with a beam distance of 180 meters and specially shaped optics with a cut-off beam that reduces glare for oncoming traffic. The used Cree XHP50D LED with a neutral light shade ensures natural color rendering in the terrain. Power is provided by a replaceable Li-ion battery with a capacity of 5000 mAh, charged directly in the light via a USB-C connector. Baterka je naozaj silná a špecialna šošovka ledky neoslnuje chodcov. Predným tlačidlom pridávate jas a zadným tlačidlom uberáte. Možnosť výmeny akumulátoru odšrobovaním zadnej krytky je plus .Počas nabíjania ju môžete normálne používať čo je super.Odolnosť neni až taká ako celohliníkové baterky pretože mi padla na zadný roh a karbonové telo to trošku preliačilo + má jedno dalšie negatívum a to je hmatova odozva tlačidiel (neni počuť kliknutie) tlačidlo sa len málo zatlačí skoro ho necítiť. Myslel som si že u takto drahého svetla sa nebude šetriť.
