Continental Hydrotal 27.5x2.40" DH Supersoft E-25 tire, TLR, kevlar
Continental presents its new 2022 product - Hydrotal from the Gravity series, which was created for wet and muddy surfaces, in various compound variants (Supersoft, Soft, Endurance) and construction variants (Downhill, Trail, Enduro), so that the tires can be adapted to a wide range of riders and riding conditions.
Staggered lugs increase maximum grip between layers of the substrate. The advantage of this profiling is excellent self-cleaning in muddy terrain.
Inner shoulder lugs are reinforced for perfect stability on loose and muddy surfaces.
Downhill is the most durable reinforced carcass construction in the Gravity series!
The Supersoft compound is the softest of all and is mainly used on hard and mixed surfaces.
An Apex rubber layer is added to the tire carcass, which gives the tire greater stability in corners.

PSI - indicates the pressure to which the manufacturer recommends inflating the tire. 1 atmosphere = 14.7 PSI
TPI (EPI) - the density of the tire's skeleton fibres. The higher the TPI value, the more flexible the tire will be.
Kevlar tire - foot made of Kevlar fibres. The tire can be folded, so it is more practical when moving or storing. It is characterized by a lower weight compared to wire casings and a higher resistance to puncture.
Wire tire - bead made of wire. The tire is inflexible, it is heavier than Kevlar.
