- Prevent grease from adhering to the metal terminals. Doing so may cause conduction failure.
- Use only the specified coin cell batteries. When replacing a coin cell battery, replace both batteries with new ones at the same time. Using different types of coin cell batteries or new and old coin cell batteries together may cause the coin cell batteries to crack, leak fluid, overheat, or ignite, which may lead to fire, injury, or contamination of the surroundings.
- Coin cell batteries are dangerous and must be kept out of reach of children. Never put coin cell batteries in your mouth or any part of your body. If swallowed or placed inside the body, serious or fatal injuries can occur within 2 hours. If this happens or is suspected, seek immediate medical attention.
- Do not use this equipment in places where children may be present. In the event of accidental ingestion of the supplied coin cell batteries, seek immediate medical attention.
- Dispose of coin cell batteries in accordance with applicable local and/or national disposal regulations. Disposing of this product in fire or a hot oven, or mechanically crushing or cutting it, may lead to an explosion of the coin cell batteries.
- Do not use coin cell batteries outside the specified operating temperature ranges. If the battery is used or stored at temperatures outside these ranges, fire, injury, or problems during operation may occur.
- Do not use coin cell batteries if they show leakage, discoloration, deformation, or other atypical signs. Failure to do so may cause them to crack, overheat, or cause problems during operation.
- If fluid leaking from coin cell batteries gets on your skin or clothing, wash them immediately with clean water. Leaking fluid can damage your skin.
- Do not leave this product in an extremely hot environment, such as an enclosed vehicle on a hot day, or near a heater. This could cause the coin cell batteries to explode or flammable liquid or gas to leak from them.
- Do not expose this product to extremely low air pressure. This could cause the coin cell batteries to explode or flammable liquid or gas to leak from them. Air transport of this product is not an issue.
- When operating the shift switch, be careful not to get your fingers caught in the derailleur. The powerful motor that drives the electronic gear shift derailleur will run without stopping until the shift position is reached.
