• New Chassis - 20% increase in torsional stiffness over the previous model, approaching the steering precision of the FOX 38.
• Arch Optimization - The new, generatively designed 36 arch increases torsional stiffness, while strategic cutouts minimize weight and enhance aesthetics.
• Ultra-low friction FLOAT Glidecore air spring - An all-new floating core air spring design separates the strut from the air shaft to maintain smooth travel even under the flex loads imposed by rider speed or weight.
• Increased Bushing Overlap - 30mm of additional bushing overlap significantly reduces friction, providing a smoother feel, especially in rough terrain.
• GRIP X2 Damper - More traction, more control, more speed. The refined 4-way tunable GRIP X2 damper offers increased adjustability while maintaining minimal interaction between settings.
• Internal Bypass Channels - Relocated from the rear to the inside, these channels increase small bump sensitivity, reduce pressure build-up, and improve overall suspension response.
• Low-profile bleeders - Redesigned with a knurled texture for easier pressure equalization.
• Top-cap air spring - Now compatible with standard Shimano cartridge tool for easy volume spacer adjustment.
• Refined fender mount - Mounted to the arch and leg seals instead of bleeders for improved durability and aesthetics.
