Manitou R7 Expert 27.5"/29" suspension fork, 120 mm
The new R7 expert fork combines excellent damping thanks to the patented 3-position VTT twin-piston damper with light and stiff 32mm legs.
The 32mm diameter fork legs along with the 15 x 110mm Hexlock axle lead to maximum fork stiffness and strength.
Expert Air: The air spring system includes a balancing valve that equalizes the positive and negative air chambers during the inflation process. This gives the spring a stable and consistent feel without stiff or dead spots in the travel.
VTT Damping (Variable Terrain Tune): you can set up to 3 compression positions on the fork. Thanks to VTT, you eliminate problems associated with the lockout position, such as insufficient steering control, hand fatigue, etc. A fork with VTT has a less progressive high-speed response while maintaining low-speed support without being uncomfortable.
Maximum tire width is 68 mm with fender and 77 mm without fender.
