This bottom bracket is suitable when you have a PF30 shell frame and want to install BB30 cranks into the frame. All have an internal diameter of 46 mm and a smooth interior, for a frame width of 68 mm and a total of 86 mm with the BB installed. The crank has a spindle diameter of 30 mm. Our Gravel bottom brackets are manufactured with CeramicSpeed Coated bearings and equipped with UFO Long Life Grease for maximum durability and protection in all environments. This bottom bracket has almost zero power loss due to friction thanks to the bearings. The bearings have super round, super smooth CeramicSpeed balls running on hardened steel races. The Coated version has a race-proven metal coating, making them even harder and smoother, resulting in longer lifespan and lower resistance. They are installed in cups.
