SKS Traveller UP frame bag, 0.8 l

I have it on the top frame tube, so when I get out of the saddle, I hit it with my knees, but if you're careful, it doesn't matter. It doesn't get wet in light rain. What irritates me a little is that if I'm riding on bumpier terrain, the bag tends to tip to one side, so I often have to straighten it by hand.

I carry a multi-wrench, a chain riveter, house keys, and some small food (a candy bar) in it, and there's still some free space left. The downside is that if you want to take something out that's at the bottom, you have to take everything out.
Otherwise, satisfaction.

Mám ju na hornej rámovej trubke, takže keď idem zo sedla, tak do nej narážam s kolenami, ale keď si dá človek pozor tak to nevadí. Pri ľahkom daždi nepremokne. Čo ma trochu irituje je ak idem po nejako hrbolatejšom teréne tak brašňa má tendenciu preklápať sa do jednej strany, takže ju treba často rukou narovnávať.

Vozím v nej multikľúč, nitovač na reťaz, kľúče od domu a nejaké drobné jedlo (tyčinku) a ešte nejaké to voľné miesto tam zostane. Nevýhoda je, že ak chcete vybrať niečo čo je naspodu, tak musíte vybrať všetko.
Inak spokojnosť.

I would pay attention to two things in the product description. In reality, this bag has a VOLUME of only 0.8L and 95g (they have errors in the catalog). And then to the inaccurate translation of "waterproof". This product from SKS is more water resistant/repellent than waterproof. In other words, water resistant/water repellent yes, but definitely not waterproof. The top zipper is taped and sealed, but the top closure is missing a "house" for the zipper runner, which would protect the contents from water penetration in heavy rain. In any case, it is a nicely made bag with a slightly wider bottom and a slightly plumper shape, but so far it seems to me to be somewhat more practical for an ordinary person than the plastic welded bag from Topeak (Fastfuel Drybag and Drybag X), which is waterproof, but is narrow, hardshell and almost impossible to open (difficult access to the things inside). From this point of view, the SKS is more practical and also has a slightly muffled ORANGE interior with 2 meshes, which slightly increases the organization, orientation, comfort and clarity of stored things. The hardshell Topeak is black on the inside, nothing is visible there, you can barely reach it with gloves and things rattle in it. The Velcro fasteners are a bit subtle, but they are sufficient. Due to the width, it probably won't be possible to fully mount it "against the direction" of travel on the upper frame under the saddle, like some other bags (it will probably get in the way when pedaling, but I'll try it). Personally, I'm still on the hunt for the "ultimate" waterproof/waterproof bag, but this is a really capable product for very good money.

V popise produktu by som si dal pozor na dve veci. Realne ma tato taska OBJEM iba 0.8L a 95g (v katalogu maju bludy). A dalej na nepresny preklad "vodotesna". Tento vyrobok od SKS je skor water resistant/repellent nez waterproof. Cize vodeodolna/vodu odpudzujuca ano, ale urcite nie vodotesna. Horny zips je sice prelepeny a utesneny, ale pri hornej uvrati chyba "domcek" na bežec zipsu, ktory by pri napore dazda chranil obsah pred preniknutim vody. Kazdopadne je to prijemne spracovana taska s mierne sirsim spodkom a trochu baculatejsim tvarom, ale zatial sa mi javi pre bezneho cloveka o nieco praktickejsia, nez plastova zvarana taska od Topeak (Fastfuel Drybag a Drybag X), ktora je sice vodotesna, ale je uzka, hardshellova a takmer sa neda otvorit (tazky pristup k veciam vnutri). Z tohto hladiska je SKS praktickejsia a ma aj jemne vytlmene ORANZOVE vnutro s 2 sietkami, co mierne zvysuje organizaciu, orientaciu, pohodlie a prehladnost ulozenych veci. Hardshellovy Topeak je cierny zvnutra, nic tam nie je vidiet, v rukaviciach sa tam sotva dostanete a veci v tom hrkocu. Suche zipsy su trochu subtilne, ale postacuju. Vzhladom na sirku sa asi nebude dat uplne namontovat "v protismere" jazdy na horny ram pod sedlo, ako niektore ine tasky (asi bude zavadziat pri slapani, ale vyskusam to). U mna osobne honba za "ultimate" vodotesnou/vodeodolnou taskou pokracuje, ale toto je fakt schopny produkt za velmi dobry peniaz.

I wanted the pocket purely for... a spare tube, gluing, mounting kits, a multi-key... everything for a flat tire ?.. the house fits everything... and it holds well

Kapsu som chcel čisto len na.. náhradnú dušu, lepenie,montpaky, multikluč... čiže všetko pre defekt 😁.. všetko dom zmestil...a aj drží dobre

So far so good. I'm planning to try it out this weekend. I can fit gel, biscuits, a puncture repair kit and tyre levers in there. A few € and a receipt, so it's easy.

Zatiaľ ok. Vyskúšať sa chystám cez víkend. Zmestím tam gél, keks, sadu na lepenie defektov a montpáky, Pár € a doklad tak pohodka.

Super brasna. Presne na nejaky keks kluce a nejaku celenku. dnesne telefony vojdu s problemami

Spokojnosť, vojde mi tam menšia powerbanka, telefón a energetická tyčinka a gel.

Super, presne na vsetko co potrebujem

nezmesti sa do nej smartphone (5+ palcov)
...ale sikovna na rozne malickosti (kluc od auta, multikluc, sada na defekty, energeticka tycinka, ...)

The bag is ok, but there is a mistake in the description. The actual volume is only 0.8l and it is not waterproof.

Brašňa je ok, ale v popise je chyba. Skutočný objem len 0,8l a nieje vodotesná.

Vypracovanie je kvalitné, možno len osobne som čakal trochu viac.

Taška je dobrá na osobné veci

Velke sklamanie z tasky - kupoval som ju s tym, ze ma objem 1.35l podla popisu, avsak mala iba mozno okolo 0.8l, cize sa do nej ledva zmesti telefon s penazenkou a uz nic ine - aj to ledva zapnem zips.

It's a quality pocket, but it's extremely small and therefore impractical. The design looks very good. Very good grip even with rubber, so it holds really firmly. It looks durable and I think it will look good even in 10 years because it's honestly made. But the size is the reason why I rate it rather negatively. It won't fit a 5" smartphone or a regular wallet. The keys are the only thing I was able to get in there. I moved the pocket to a friend as part of the passcode. If you're looking for a pocket for the upper frame part, I recommend at least 1L, even better 1.5L. The stated volume of this pocket is incorrect. SKS states 0.8L, but due to its shape, the usable space in practice is even smaller.

Je to kvalitná kapsa lenže je extrémne malá a teda nepraktická. Dizajnovo vyzerá veľmi dobre. Veľmi dobré uchytenie aj s pogumovaním čiže drží fakt pevne. Vyzerá odolná a myslím že aj za 10 rokov bude vyzerať dobre pretože je to poctivo vyrobené. Lenže tá veľkosť je dôvod prečo hodnotím skôr negatívne. Nezmestí sa tam ani 5" smartfón a ani bežná peňaženka. Kľúče sú jediná vec ktorú som tam dokázal dostať. Posunul radšej som kapsu kamarátovi v rámci hesla pošli ďalej. Kto hľadá kapsu na hornú rámovú časť tak odporúčam minimálne 1L, ešte lepšie 1,5L. Uvedený objem tejto kapsy je nesprávny. SKS uvádza 0,8L lenže svojim tvarovaním je v praxi použiteľný priestor ešte menší.
