Comfortable anatomical shoe inserts for feet with medium arches. Provides better stability when walking and during sports.The construction of this orthopedically shaped insole is adapted to the anatomy of the foot with a medium arch. The insole, with its 3D construction, adequately supports the longitudinal arch of the foot, thereby optimally distributing pressure over the entire surface of the foot. The heel cup better positions the foot in the shoe, and thanks to the gel cushion under the heel , it effectively absorbs shocks. This shoe insert has a preventive effect against flat feet and prevents unwanted excessive pronation of the feet.
An insole suitable for everyday footwear and for sports activities. The insole has 5 mm of material in the front part, which absorbs shocks well and adds comfort. If you have less space in your shoes and the original insole is thin, choose thinner insoles from the Sidas collection (for example, 3Feet Slim, 3Feet Outdoor, etc.).
