Oversized derailleur pulleys were not the last step to achieve maximum performance. The Kolossos Aero protects your pulleys and chain from the wind, thereby reducing aerodynamic drag. The Aero Kolossos cage is made of CNC machined aluminum with an internal skeleton, Kogel ceramic bearings and road seals, which leads to less friction and more efficient power transfer.



Main advantages:

  • Reduced aerodynamic drag
  • Reduced friction while maintaining shifting accuracy
  • Kolossos is 3x stiffer than competing products and 2x stiffer compared to the original pulley cage on your derailleur
  • Long tooth profile on the lower pulley for better chain retention
  • Ceramic bearings in the pulleys for even lower friction
  • Choice of two color variants
The cage is designed for road derailleurs:
  • R8000 11-speed Ultegra series, both Di2 and mechanical
  • R9100 11-speed Dura Ace series, both Di2 and mechanical
  • R8100 12-speed Ultegra Di2 series
  • R9200 12-speed Dura Ace Di2 series
  • Number of teeth on pulleys: 12 (upper) and 19 (lower)
