Fenix ​​LR60R rechargeable lamp

The ultra-powerful rechargeable lamp Fenix ​​LR60R brings an extreme luminous flux of up to 21,000 lumens and an afterglow of up to 1,085 meters. It achieves this performance with the help of one premium LED Luminus SFT-70 and twelve LEDs Luminus SST-40, which are powered by an internal high-current Li-ion battery with a capacity of 57.6 Wh (4x 4000 mAh). The battery is charged directly in the lamp via a modern USB-C connector. The lamp is controlled by a rotary ring, which can be used to switch modes in two modes: search (up to 21000 lm) and camping (up to 15000 lm).
 

The lamp is equipped with an OLED status display, which shows the selected power mode, the remaining lighting time in the given mode and the battery charge level. In addition, the lamp can also be used as a power bank and charge other USB devices from it. This searchlight is suitable, for example, for guarding large areas, official use or search and rescue operations and for all lighting enthusiasts.
 

All lamp parameters (luminous flux, battery operation time, waterproofing, afterglow and impact resistance) are measured in accordance with the ANSI/NEMA FL 1-2009 standard.

The use

Switching on/off and switching power modes - search mode is switched on by turning the control ring at the head of the lamp clockwise, camping mode is switched on by turning the ring counterclockwise. By turning the ring in the selected direction, other lighting modes of the selected mode are switched. By turning the ring to the middle position, the lamp turns off again.

Intelligent proximity sensor - the lamp has a built-in protection circuit. When the reflector gets closer to the illuminated object (about 60mm) for more than 1s, the lamp will automatically reduce the output to 50 lumens to prevent the object from being damaged by strong light and glare from reflected light. When the reflector is away from the illuminated object for more than 1.2 s, the lamp will automatically restore the previously used power level. The sensor is activated as follows: Turn the mechanical rotary switch to off → 50 lumens → off three times within 3 seconds. The OLED display will show "ON" and the lamp will flash twice in 50 lumen mode, indicating that the sensor function is activated. To deactivate, turn the mechanical rotary switch three times in 3 seconds to off → 50 lumens → off. The OLED display will show "OFF" and the lamp will flash eight times in 50 lumen mode, indicating that the sensor function is disabled.

Charging - turn off the lamp and open the dust cover of the charging connector, plug the USB Type-C cable into the lamp, then plug the other end of the charging cable into any USB adapter. During charging, the charging status is displayed on the OLED display. Typical charging time is approximately 1.5 hours using a 40W or higher fast-charging USB adapter. During charging, the lamp can only be used in 50 lumen mode. Be sure to seal the dust cap after charging is complete.

Power bank function - turn off the light, open the dust cover and insert the USB cable into the USB Type-A discharge port or USB-C universal port on the lamp, then connect the other end of the cable to the USB device being charged. During discharge, the current battery capacity is displayed on the OLED display, the lamp can be used in all performance modes. After you finish charging the external USB device, don't forget to seal the dust cover.

OLED display - after switching on the lamp, the battery capacity, the selected mode and the remaining lighting time are displayed on the OLED display. If the battery is charged to less than 10%, the battery icon will start flashing on the display. If the charge level is below 5%, a large flashing low battery icon will appear on the display to alert the user that the lamp needs to be charged as soon as possible.

Intelligent protection against overheating - the lamp heats up during prolonged use of high power levels. When the lamp reaches a temperature of 60°C or higher, it will automatically reduce the power to reduce the temperature. When the temperature drops below 60 °C, high power levels can be used again.

Low battery warning - when the battery voltage drops below the set level, the light is programmed to go to a lower power level until the 50 lumen mode is reached. After reducing the output to 50 lumens, the battery icon on the OLED display will start flashing to remind you to recharge the battery in time.

Warning

• Do not disassemble the sealed parts of the lamp yourself, this will void the warranty.
• Do not attempt to charge the light unless it has a battery installed.
• Long-term use may lead to wear of the O-ring. To maintain a proper water seal, replace the ring with a spare.
• Regular cleaning of the electrical contacts ensures trouble-free operation of the lamp, because dirty contacts can cause flickering, intermittent lighting or even malfunction of the lamp for the following reasons:
  
  • The battery is dead. Charge it or replace it with a charged one.
  • The electrical contacts inside the lamp are dirty, clean them with a cotton swab dipped in alcohol.
