Our best jacket for mild winter conditions. This lightweight, super breathable and extremely fast jacket is great for high-intensity rides or when you want to maintain an optimal temperature in cold conditions. Alpha construction with membraneless outer layer and Polartec® Alpha inner insulation

Nano Flex Light woven fabric on the chest, sleeves and upper back partially protects against the wind, but the absence of a membrane ensures maximum breathability
The two-layer Alpha construction separates the wind-resistant and insulating layer, thanks to which it offers better ventilation and thermoregulation.

This is a jacket for a quick ride in cold weather, or if you want to dress just right in the transition period. What makes this jacket work in full gear is our two-layer Alpha construction, which will have you ready to race as soon as spring starts. The elastic fabric of the top layer allows some air to pass through so you don't sweat as much when riding hard in the cold, because when you're wet, you'll be cold. The Polartec® Alpha inner layer insulates, but is breathable enough and so light you won't even know you're wearing anything.

We made the back from our Nano Flex Extra Dry, which insulates solidly, but thanks to the fact that it does not have a membrane, it breathes well and sweat can evaporate quickly. The cut is close to the body so that nothing flutters in the wind, and small details complete the whole: smooth-running YKK® zippers, reflective elements and drainage holes on the pockets, flat silicone hem on the waist. Thanks to the precise cut, it is our most aerodynamic jacket. Not that aerodynamics are so important in winter, but we at Castelli believe that speed is fun.
