POC POCito Obex MIPS children's helmet

Due to its weight, this very light helmet for children from the POC brand is suitable even for the smallest children, from 3 years old. All POC POCito Obex children's helmets have bright colors with which the child will not get lost in the snow.

The goal of the new MIPS technology is to eliminate rotational forces that act on the head in the event of a fall and subsequent impact on the slope. In an impact at any angle, the MIPS system allows the EPS shell of the helmet to rotate independently around the head. Although this movement is only on the order of a few millimeters, we believe that MIPS technology significantly reduces the amount of rotational force that would otherwise be transferred to the brain.

Product features

The RECCO® system works on the principle of radio waves , when rescuers can find you, e.g. when buried by an avalanche. The system does not need to be recharged in any way .
The inside of the helmet is made of EPS material , which can better absorb impacts
The helmet has ventilation holes for temperature regulation
