The Mitas Shield cover is designed for lower quality and unreinforced surfaces.
The smooth central part of the tread ensures less rolling resistance when driving on the road.
The tread is equipped with an integrated wear identifier (Clever Face), which uses a mouth-shaped "smiley" expression to alert the cyclist to the wear rate of the tread.
The tire has a Basic compound – a standard protector carbon black compound with a long service life and good driving properties, designed for regular use in universal conditions.

TPI (EPI) - the density of the tire's skeleton fibres. The higher the TPI value, the more flexible the tire will be.
