The ORTOVOX PLUS CLASSIC KNIT HOODY sweatshirt is the warmest sweatshirt that ORTOVOX produces. Its difference from the rest of the sweatshirts is obvious at first glance. The front part of the sweatshirt is made of traditionally knitted fabric from 100% woolen coarse yarns, which greatly improves thermal insulation. You can wear this sweatshirt as a jacket in autumn or spring conditions. It's hotter than you can imagine.

The outer side of the sweatshirt is made of polyester, which is very durable, elastic and supports quick drying. Its biggest advantage is its shape stability and really long service life. The combination of polyester and wool on the inside creates a neoprene effect, where the wool lining retains heat and the outer polyester knit prevents blowing and creates a barrier against heat loss.

The highest quality Merino wool

ORTOVOX uses only the highest quality Merino wool from Tasmania. Merino wool is a material that degrades only negligibly over time and retains its functional properties for many years. Merino wool comes only from selected farms that meet the strict ORTOVOX WOOL PROMISE (OWP) standards.

These farms are regularly monitored as part of the OWP. The wool itself is 100% ecological and therefore extremely environmentally sustainable. Merino wool provides perfect comfort and a feeling of softness thanks to the thin fibers that make up fine woolen yarns. In addition, this wool perfectly regulates temperature and wicks away sweat, so you will feel comfortable in any conditions. In addition, Merino wool neutralizes odors thanks to its antibacterial effects, and it is very easy to care for.
