Long and very durable avalanche probe ORTOVOX STEEL 320+ PFA with the possibility of extension and with an innovative automatic PFA locking system, with which you can assemble the probe in one movement directly when taking it out of the package. The system works reliably even in severe frosts, and thanks to the conical taps , you can assemble the probe easily and without snagging. Together with the intuitive color marking on the individual parts, the probe significantly speeds up the rescue of the buried object. For mountain professionals, instructors and everyone who often goes on winter mountain hikes in areas with a lot of snow.

The diameter of the probe is 12 mm and provides sufficient rigidity.

The steel conical tip is wider than the diameter of the probe, thanks to which friction and freezing of the probe against the walls of the puncture is eliminated, and at the same time you can penetrate the snow more easily with the probe.
The ergonomic rubber handle ensures a firm grip even when probing in hard snow, which is almost always found in avalanches.
The rubberized handle does not freeze and the probe will not slide in your gloves.

You can fold the longest ORTOVOX steel probe to a length of 44 cm

The probe length of 320 cm is sufficient even for really large deposits in the avalanche zone.
