It is ideal for explosive sports (bodybuilding, weightlifting, crossfit ...) for overall strength and speed. Sufficient creatine helps maintain the optimal concentration of ATP (adenosine triphosphate), in the form of creatine phosphate, which is used after depletion of glycogen stores for muscle work. Increases physical performance during repeated high-intensity exercises with short rest intervals. Daily creatine intake (3 g) can increase the effect of resistance training and muscle strength in people over 55 years of age.

PREPARATION:
