In addition, we only sterilized it using the same principle as our grandmothers used to preserve it. We just have better technology for it today. Thanks to this, the food tastes and smells like it has just been cooked. Only you can last at least three years without a refrigerator. You can serve this delicacy whenever and wherever you feel like it.

Traditions must be respected, so the limited edition St. Martin's Goose with cabbage and dumplings returns to the Adventure Menu. The basis is a steamed boneless goose leg, supplemented with handmade red cabbage and potato dough dumplings. A portion of 450 g ensures that you won't eat anything afterwards, so we recommend choosing an adequate route and place for lunch. :)Composition
