The outer material of the ORTOVOX PIXEL POW HEADBAND headband is made of 100% Merino wool, which perfectly regulates the temperature, removes moisture and has antibacterial effects. The lining of the headband is made of hybrid material MERINO FLEECE LIGHT GRID, which is a light mixture of natural and technical fibers knitted in the structure of the channels, which is pleasant to the touch and can effectively regulate the temperature. The knitted construction also allows for optimal breathability during ascents and protection against strong winds.
The highest quality Merino wool
ORTOVOX uses only the highest quality Merino wool from Tasmania. Merino wool is a material that degrades only negligibly over time and retains its functional properties for many years. Merino wool comes only from selected farms that meet the strict standards of ORTOVOX WOOL PROMISE (OWP).
These farms are regularly monitored under the OWP. The wool itself is 100% ecological and therefore extremely environmentally sustainable. Merino wool provides perfect comfort and a feeling of softness thanks to the thin fibers from which fine wool yarns are formed. In addition, this wave perfectly regulates the temperature and wicks away sweat, so you will feel comfortable in any conditions. In addition, Merino wool neutralizes odors due to its antibacterial effects and is very easy to care for.
