SiS BCAA capsules - nutritional supplement.
120 tablets. Tablets with vitamin B6, L - leucine, L - isoleucine and L - valine. Suitable for vegans.
Amino acids are crucial building blocks of protein in the body that are important for muscle performance and regeneration. 3 of the 9 essential amino acids are three branched chain amino acids (BCAAs): leucine, isoleucine and valine.
BCAAs can promote muscle protein synthesis, which is a process of muscle growth. At the same time, they have been shown to reduce protein degradation.
BCAA capsules provide 4 g of branched chain amino acids in a 2: 1: 1 ratio of leucine, isoleucine and valine. Packed in a suitable capsule format, you can take them before, during or after training or at any time of the day.
Increase muscle growth
The branched-chain amino acid, leucine, is responsible for muscle formation by activating a pathway that stimulates protein synthesis.
Reduce DOMS
Delayed onset muscle pain (DOMS) is thought to be caused by small cracks in the muscle caused by exercise. Studies have shown that BCAAs are able to reduce protein breakdown during exercise, thereby reducing the length and severity of DOMS.
Avoid muscle breakdown
Muscle degradation occurs when protein breakdown exceeds muscle protein synthesis. Because BCAAs make up 35% of the essential amino acids found in muscle proteins, it is important that BCAAs and other essential amino acids be replaced at the time of muscle wasting to stop or slow its progression.
Recommended dosage: Take 2 times a day - 2 tablets and drink plenty of water. The recommended daily dose must not be exceeded.
