BCAA 4: 1: 1 extremPRO contains vitamin B6, which plays an important role in the energy metabolism of carbohydrates, fats and proteins. BCAAs also play a key role in the synthesis of hemoglobin and red blood cells

Why BCAA 4: 1: 1?
Of the three branched chain amino acids, leucine is considered the most important. For this reason, the ratio offered in the usual supplements is usually 2: 1: 1, so that a double dose is included compared to isoleucine and valine; in other words, leucine represents 50% of the total. With BCAA 4: 1: 1, the ratio is 4: 1: 1, so the leucine content is 66.6%. Many scientists emphasize the importance of leucine and believe that it is the amino acid among the three BCAAs that favors protein biosynthesis. Walker et al. (2011) found that the incorporation of leucine-enriched BCAA (4: 1: 1 ratio) increases and prolongs protein biosynthesis after strength training.

Composition: L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine, Filler: cellulose; Release agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silica, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).

Directions for use: preferably take 5 tablets daily before or after training.

Recommended daily dose: take a maximum of 5 tablets a day.
