The OTE protein bar was developed for professional sports nutrition to restore and build muscle after exercise.
Each 63g protein bar can be consumed during the day between meals to increase daily protein intake, and is also ideal as a snack during training.
Manual:
A good source of high quality protein: Eat 1 bar 20 to 30 minutes after exercise.
The OTE protein bar can also be used during meals between meals to increase daily protein intake and is also ideal as a snack during exercise.
Not suitable for vegetarians.
Allergens:
Contains milk and milk products (including lactose), soya beans and milk products.
