SiS Go Hydro tablets contain key electrolytes such as sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium and chloride. These are an integral part of the proper functioning of the human body and the maintenance of high sports performance.
The most important electrolyte is sodium, which promotes natural hydration, helps stimulate thirst, increases the body's appetite for fluids. The concentration of sodium in the blood usually begins to decrease after an exercise time of more than two hours. For athletes who drink only clean water, the low concentration of sodium in the bloodstream causes fatigue, loss of concentration and strength.
The sodium content of SiS GO Hydro is 0.7 g / l at a concentration of 30 mmol / l, which is scientifically proven to increase hydration in the human body better than pure water. Sodium is part of electrolytic beverages, but SiS products offer one of the highest concentrations and are strengthened by a number of other vitamins and minerals such as zinc, chloride, magnesium and others. It is ideal to drink SiS GO Hydro 60-90 minutes at the beginning of exercise and then switch to the carbohydrate supplement SiS GO energy.
Use: dissolve the tablet in 500 ml of water. Suitable for drinking before, during and after sports performance. To ensure an ideal level of hydration, we recommend consuming 400-600 ml. SiS GO Hydro drinks about 3-4 hours before sports performance. If you are preparing for a particularly demanding sports performance, we recommend focusing on proper hydration even a few days in advance. During sports, replenish fluids regularly, a few glags every 10 minutes so that the total volume is 500 ml per hour.
After the exercise, continue to drink SiS GO Hydro and replace the discipline with 0.5 kilograms of lost weight of 750 ml of fluid with slow drinks.
