Sis Go Electrolyte is a carbohydrate electrolytic drink to support performance and hydration during sports performance.
SiS GO Electrolyte contains an easily digestible mixture with a fast dose of carbohydrates to supply energy and important electrolytes such as sodium, which are necessary for proper hydration. The SiS GO electrolyte mixes the ideal concentration of carbohydrates (36 g in a mixture representing a 6% solution), sodium (20 mmol / L) and water (per 500 ml portion) for the most effective hydration.

Why SiS GO Electrolyte?
The main cause of fatigue of endurance athletes is carbohydrate depletion and dehydration. A common mistake of athletes is to consume large amounts of carbohydrates in the wrong concentration, or low concentration, which will increase hydration but jeopardize the supply of carbohydrates. SiS GO Hydro is an ideal combination of balanced carbohydrates for athletes.
