The Campagnolo Record 12x2 road brake shoes are completely modified compared to their predecessor.
Their new shape offers increased efficiency due to the greater rigidity of the individual shoes and also thanks to the modification of the mixture of brake pads, which now show even better properties, especially in adverse climatic conditions. A reduction in aerodynamic drag was also achieved.
The brakes are in the DUAL-DUAL design with a two-pin design of both shoes, which are mounted on high-quality industrial bearings. The brakes use a system of interchangeable (plug-in) brake blocks, which are stored in duralumin shoes. The brake pads allow comfortable adjustment in all directions.
