DESIGNED FOR PERFORMANCE
Despite being the basic model in the Castelli collection, they are designed to provide the best performance. They are made of two-layer material ProDry Soft, which consists of a lower layer of polyester and an upper layer of nylon, which offers exceptional moisture wicking and durability. The side panels and bottom hem of the pants are extra stretchy for an excellent fit on the body. They are equipped with KISS Air lining, which is also the choice of some professional riders and fulfilled its role even at the Tour de France. Do not take them as a basic model of shorts, but as a basis for real comfort.

INSPIRED BY THE MOST INNOVATIVE SHORTS OF ALL TIME
In 1998, we wowed the world with cycling pants with a Progetto Y insert. They were made of Lycra® 220g material, had an 8-panel construction, elastic silicone hems, mesh straps and the unique anatomical Progetto Y insert. These pants were also the inspiration for the Evoluzione shorts. Each of the components has been improved to make them uniquely comfortable and powerful shorts. Particularly interesting is the ProDry 2 Strati material, which has a polyester inner layer and a nylon top layer for good moisture removal from the skin with gentle compression. When the Progetto Y debuted, they were our number one pant line. Evoluzione are certainly a suitable follower.
