Internal testing by the German Triathlon Federation (DTU) has shown that this is the fastest swimming suit they have ever tested. Castelli has added aero speed on the bike and on the run to get you to the finish line as quickly as possible. The secret is in the unique Castelli stretch fabric. Instead of stitching together different fabrics for different functions, we actually change the texture and performance of the fabric in areas where we need to achieve different properties.

This is most obvious at the end of the pants, where there is an elastic woven into the fabric to hold the pants in place, while the rest of the leg is smooth for speed in the water. This technique allows the bottom to be made from one piece of fabric. And during the test in the wind tunnel on the bike, it was also among the fastest. However, the DTU riders also wanted extra cooling on the upper body during the run, so there is a different fabric on the chest and back that stays cooler and wicks moisture away. This clothing was developed for pure speed and is suitable in any discipline.
