Product description

Castelli GO is probably the most versatile jacket in the collection. You can use it as a protective layer in cold and changeable conditions, or as a winter jacket by adding an adequate warm base layer. Elastic, comfortable, airy, wind and water resistant, elegant and light, this jacket is all that. Get out and go (GO).

The construction of the jacket provides complete protection through GORE-TEX INFINIUM™ WINDSTOPPER® 150 against wind and cold, and at the same time it is very airy.
Excellent elasticity and neutral cut for extra comfort and a variety of uses.
Internal elastic cuffs for a perfect connection with gloves.
Chest pocket with zipper.
YYK® Vislon zipper with smooth running and rubberized runner.
3 back pockets.
A large reflective strip on the lower side of the bag for extra visibility.

If you're looking for just one jacket that can do almost everything, start with the GO. We've used our lightest three-layer GORE-TEX INFINIUM™ WINDSTOPPER ® 150 stretch fabric, which makes it great for milder conditions and has a great fit thanks to its elasticity. It's the same outer fabric we use for our Alpha RoS 2 jacket, which Cyclingnews.com called “The benchmark for the best performance winter jackets. However, the Go jacket does not have integrated Alpha internal insulation so you can decide for yourself how much insulation you need. Add a Flanders Warm base layer and a thermal jersey to extend its comfort range into sub-freezing temperatures.

But this is only the beginning. We adapted the cut so that the jacket is close to the body, but not too close. The cut closes the jacket well with seam-free hemming and the hidden inner cuffs are pleasant to the touch and you will definitely appreciate how they eliminate air flow under the jacket at the wrist. An elegant chest zip pocket with a trio of back pockets with a large reflective stripe along their entire bottom for visibility at night.

Where to include this jacket in our collection? It's similarly warm to the Perfetto RoS jacket, but has a more refined and elegant look, with a slightly looser fit for a variety of uses, but doesn't offer as much protection in wet weather.
