Product description

Backpack with integrated spine protector (Level 2 certification). Stability is ensured by a double chest belt and a lumbar belt. The equipment includes a pocket for a phone, 2x Tube Trap, Helmet Carry, reflective elements, a loop for a flasher, a whistle or a storage space for protectors. It also includes a removable Bike Tool Organizer Roll for tools.

IMPACT PROTECTOR
The integrated back system with spine protector in Toro models was developed in cooperation with the world leader in protective elements - Komperdell. The system is lightweight, flexible and conforms to your back thanks to the multi-layer construction of dual-density thermoplastic foam. In the event of an accident, the Protector can absorb up to 95% of the energy of the impact, the remaining part of the energy slows down and is distributed to the sides. Perfect ergonomic design, high breathability.

How Protector works
Stored in its own inner pocket; in the event of an accident, the Protector absorbs up to 95% of the impact energy directed at the body. It works comparable to a "crash zone" in a car. Reduces impact force to a minimum. The energy of the impact is absorbed by the Protector, the remaining energy is significantly slowed down and dispersed. The construction consists of a "cross system", which is made up of a multi-layer construction of double-density memory foam. Six layers with different thickness and density are layered on top of each other and connected at several points. This guarantees softness and high elasticity - flexibility. Thanks to the double density of the foam and body heat, the Protector adapts to the shape of the back and spine.

IMPACT PROTECTOR guarantees:
1. The best shock absorption function in the back and spine area
2. Memory foam absorbs impact energy and transfers it over the entire surface of the Protector (e.g. hard protective means absorb the force of the impact only at a point).
3. Safety standard - all cross systems are tested to meet the standard for use on a motorcycle, it is the EN1621-2 Level 2 standard and they meet this standard, i.e. the average residual impact energy value is less than 9 kN, the Impact Protector shows a residual energy value of only 4.97 kN!
4. Ergonomic checks - according to the EN-1621-2 standard, the Protector must meet the minimum size of the protected area it is supposed to cover. It fulfills this condition without reservation and with even more reserve than required.

STANDARD EN1621-2 level 2
The European standard EN1621-2 defines 2 performance levels for approved back protectors:
1. level: the average maximum force recorded in the test under the anvil shall be less than 18 kN and no individual value shall exceed 24 kN
2. level: the average maximum force recorded in the test under the anvil shall be less than 9 kN and no individual value shall exceed 12 kN
