Polar Loop 2 is a special bracelet suitable for tracking and evaluating daily activity. It is equipped with a motion sensor that monitors movement activity and its frequency over time. It can thus determine the level of body load with high accuracy and thus help you coordinate your daily and training regime.

An indicator that evaluates how active you were during the day and gives you practical guidelines for reaching your daily activity goal.
Activity Benefit
It provides information about your daily, weekly and monthly activity and shows how your physical activity choices help you stay healthy.
Smart calorie function
Information about exactly how many calories you burned. The individual algorithm is based on your personal data: weight, height, age, gender and intensity of physical activity.
Heart rate indicator
It provides clear instructions to get you in shape faster. It only works when using the Polar H7 heart rate sensor.
Steps and distance
The device records your steps and calculates the distance based on them.
Notification of inactivity
After 55 minutes of sitting, the device will remind you with vibrations to get up and offer you the opportunity to enrich the regular daily program with active breaks.
Daily activity goal
It will show you how active you were during the day and give you practical guidelines for reaching your daily activity goal. It divides your activities into five intensity levels: rest, sitting, low, medium and high.
Quality of sleep
It automatically records the length and quality of your sleep. In the Polar Flow web service and app, you can view the progress of your sleep and get useful information about it.
Wise warnings
The device vibrates to alert you of incoming calls, messages, and calendar reminders (iOS only).
Notification with mobile phones
Polar Loop is compatible with selected Apple devices and with selected Google Android operating system devices. Apple smartphones must have the operating system iOS 7.0 or higher. Android smartphones must contain the Android 4.3 operating system and above. Bluetooth version 4.0 or higher is also a must.
Evaluation of activities
The bracelet evaluates your activities, goals and progress using the Polar Flow web service and mobile apps.
