Fenix ​​HL60R is an extremely powerful rechargeable headlamp that offers a luminous flux of up to 950 lumens and an afterglow of 116 meters. The package also includes a rechargeable 18650 li-ion battery with a capacity of 2600 mAh, which is charged directly in the lamp via the side micro USB connector. The light source is a top LED Cree XM-L2 T6 with a warmer shade of light (neutral white). The advantage of this shade of light is a more natural and contrasting presentation of colors in nature. The all-metal construction ensures high resistance, optimal cooling, and at the same time it is fully waterproof according to the IPX-8 standard up to a depth of 2 meters under water.

There are a total of 6 performance modes, including red light with a duration of up to 100 hours. The headlamp is powered by a digitally regulated constant current to guarantee a constant light output even when the voltage in the batteries is reduced (while they are gradually discharged). The use:

From the factory, there may be a black insulating cap inside the lamp on the battery. Remove it from the battery before first use. The headlamp is turned on and off by holding the button for half a second, as soon as it is on, the lighting modes are cycled by pressing the button.

Overheating protection - If the headlamp heats up beyond a safe limit, it will automatically switch to a lower power level. Operation at the highest power mode is thus not limited by time, but only by temperature. Therefore, the highest power can be used continuously during fast movement.

Charging - unfold the rubber cover of the micro USB connector on the side of the headlamp and use the included USB cable to connect it to a computer, USB network adapter or USB car adapter. Alternatively, any mobile phone charger with a micro USB connector can be used for charging. The red LED blinks while charging, and stays on when fully charged. The charging time of a fully discharged battery is approx. 4 hours. The li-ion battery used does not suffer from a memory effect, so the headlamps can be recharged at any time. After charging, carefully seal the cover of the USB connector. Furthermore, after each charge, we recommend loosening and re-tightening the battery cap of the headlamp to reset the circuit that ensures the automatic reduction of power when the batteries are discharged.

Notice:

• When using disposable CR123A batteries, do not try to charge them in the headlamp.

• Do not disassemble the sealed parts yourself, this will void the warranty.

• If the headlamp flashes, does not switch to higher power modes, or does not light up, it may be for one of the following reasons:

  • The batteries are almost empty - charge them or replace them.

  • The contacts inside the light are clogged - clean them with a cotton swab dipped in alcohol.

  • The battery tube cap is loose, tighten it.
