Fenix WT20R LED lamp

Fenix WT20R is a universal rechargeable work light with a unique articulated construction and tilting reflector with two LEDs. Each of the two powerful Cree LEDs provides a luminous flux of up to 400 lumens (ANSI), but in a different type of reflector. The first one is designed to create a wide cone of light, ideal for work lighting at a shorter distance. The other, on the other hand, has a narrow cone of light with a beam of up to 117 meters. The tiltable head in the range of 105 degrees guarantees maximum versatility. The Fenix WT20R lamp is also equipped with a strong steel clip for easy wearing on a belt or work clothes and also with a magnetic end. Its variability makes the lamp very useful and therefore particularly suitable for work use, camping, movement in nature, but also many other activities.

The lamp is powered by a lithium-polymer battery with a capacity of 2000 mAh, which is charged via its own built-in micro-USB connector. In an emergency, it can be replaced with two AA batteries. Fenix WT20R has six lighting levels, which allows users to choose a suitable compromise between light intensity and operating time. Despite all its functions, the flashlight retains its small size and low weight, only 154 grams including the battery.

All lamp parameters (luminous flux, battery operation time, waterproofing, afterglow and impact resistance) are measured in accordance with the ANSI/NEMA FL 1-2009 standard.

Parameters of the Fenix WT20R LED work light

• Powerful LEDs Cree XD16 S3 and LEDs Cree XP-G3 S4 are used, both with a lifespan of 50,000 hours of light.

• Digitally regulated for constant brightness, the electronics remember the last set mode.

• It uses one Fenix ARB-LP-2000U lithium-polymer battery with a capacity of 2000 mAh, which can be recharged via the built-in micro-USB connector.

• In an emergency, two pencil batteries (type AA - alkaline, lithium or rechargeable NiMH) can also be used. These batteries are cheap and widely available, but the highest mode is not available with them.

• Indication of the state of charge of the accumulator.

Use of Fenix WT20R LED lamp

The flashlight is turned on and off by pressing the button for 0.5 seconds. Once it is on, the lighting modes are switched by pressing it briefly. To switch between the wide and distance cone, the button must be pressed twice in quick succession. The lamp remembers the last set mode and cone.

Charging

Remove the battery from the lamp and plug the included cable into the built-in micro-USB connector on the battery. Connect the other end of the cable to a computer, power bank or USB adapter to the mains or USB car adapter (not included in the package). During charging, the LED on the battery lights up red, and after full charge it lights up blue.

Indication of the state of charge (only works with the original accumulator) - after a short press of the button (the lamp must be switched off), the LED indicator of the state of charge of the battery in the button is activated. Four lit LEDs mean that the battery is more than 80% charged, three lit 60-80%, two lit 40-60%, one 20-40% and one flashing means the battery is less than 20% charged.

Notice:

• Do not disassemble the sealed part in the lamp head yourself, this will void the warranty.

• Remove the batteries from the lamp (when using AA batteries) if you are not going to use it for a long time or if the batteries are already discharged. Otherwise, some low-quality batteries may leak and damage the lamp.

• If the protective rubber rings appear damaged after a long period of use, replace them. The rings must also be lubricated to prevent rubber erosion. By following these rules, the lamp will be properly protected against water.

• If the lamp flashes or does not light up, it may be for one of the following reasons:

  • The batteries are almost empty - charge them or replace them.

  • The contacts inside the lamp are clogged - clean them with a cotton swab dipped in alcohol.
