Fenix ​​LD15R is a powerful rechargeable pocket flashlight that offers a luminous flux of up to 500 lumens (ANSI) of neutral white light (4500 K) with a afterglow of up to 85 meters and is also equipped with red LEDs. It is powered by one rechargeable battery type RCR123A, which is recharged directly in the lamp via the micro-USB connector, alternatively it is possible to use a disposable lithium battery CR123A for powering. In addition, there is an indicator LED in the control button, thanks to which you will always know when to recharge the battery. The end of the lamp is magnetic, so it can be easily attached to anything iron. In addition, the lamp is equipped with a two-way multi-functional clip.

The LD15R has seven different lighting modes that allow you to choose between high performance and long endurance ( up to 110 hours ). The lamp is powered by a digitally regulated constant current to guarantee a constant light output even when the voltage in the batteries is reduced (while they are gradually discharged). The Fenix ​​LD15R (originally called Fenix ​​UC09) is designed with its features to serve as a work lamp, a service lamp hung on a bag or strap, and also as a flashlight for everyday use at home and on the go.

All lamp parameters (luminous flux, battery operation time, waterproofing, afterglow and impact resistance) are measured in accordance with the ANSI/NEMA FL 1-2009 standard.

The use

From the factory, there may be a black insulating cap inside the lamp on the battery. Before first use , remove it from the battery. Hold the button for half a second to turn on and off. With further button presses, you can switch between white light modes 3 - 30 - 150 - 500 lumens at any time during operation. To switch between red and white light modes, hold down the side button for about 1.2 seconds. In the red light mode, you can cycle through the red light, flashing and SOS modes by briefly pressing the button.

Battery charge status indication: After a short press of the button (headlight must be switched off), the LED indicator in the button is activated. If the indicator light is green, the battery is charged to more than 85%. Green flashing means 50-85% capacity. If it lights up red, it is charged to 25-50%. Blinking red means there is less than 25% battery capacity left.

Charging: Unfold the rubber cover of the micro USB connector on the side of the lamp and use the included USB cable to connect it to a computer, power bank, network USB adapter or USB car adapter. Any mobile phone charger with a micro USB connector can also be used for charging. The side button lights up red while charging and turns green when fully charged. After charging, seal the charging connector again with a rubber cap. Charging a fully discharged battery takes about 1.5 hours. In an emergency, the light can also be used while charging, but only the 30 lumen mode will be available.

Warning of an empty battery (functional only with RCR123A) - the lamp gradually automatically switches to the lowest mode and flashes every three seconds.

Warning

• Do not disassemble the sealed part in the lamp head yourself, this will void the warranty.

• If using a disposable CR123A battery, do not try to charge it in the lamp.

• If the protective rubber rings appear damaged after a long period of use, replace them. The rings must also be lubricated to prevent rubber erosion. By following these rules, the lamp will be properly protected against water.

• If the light flickers, does not switch to higher power modes, or does not light up, it may be for one of the following reasons:

  • The battery is almost empty - charge it or replace it.

  • The contacts inside the lamp are dirty - clean them with a cotton swab dipped in alcohol.

  • The back part of the lamp is loose - tighten it.
