To have an inner tube that fits perfectly, you need to choose the proper dimensions. Measurements listed on the tyre will help you. Then, you have to choose the type of the valve (Presta or Schrader) and its height. You determine the height according to your rim. It should be sticking out of the rim enough, so it is easy to inflate the tube. Some tubes are lighter, more durable or with sealant inside (repairing small punctures).
