The most popular category of electric bikes and a significant trend are bicycles designed for mountain terrain. They are characterized by a more durable construction and wider tires, which makes the trip safer and more comfortable. However, mountain e-bikes must be divided into two categories - full suspended and fixed/hardtail (bikes with a suspended front fork only) bikes. The main difference is in performance and driving properties in difficult terrain. Fully suspended e-bikes are especially designed for rough terrain, but the difference is not only that. The suspension of the rear structure will also bring a proper portion of comfort and convenience.
