The Park Tool BBT-169 puller is a robust tool precision-crafted from 4140 steel, designed for removing and installing components with 16-tooth clamping elements. Its design includes an extra deep body for wider axles and low-profile walls for recessed circlips, ensuring broad compatibility.

This tool is suitable for 16-tooth chucks with an outer diameter of 44-45 mm and an inner diameter of 42.7 mm. It is compatible with bottom brackets from Shimano® (BB80, BB5700, XT® BB70, BB51 and older threaded cups with external bearings), Campagnolo®, Chris King®, FSA® MegaExo®, Hope™, SRAM®/Truvativ® GXP®, Race Face® X-type, Surly®, Wheels®, Fulcrum® and others. It is also used to service Centerlock disc brake locking rings and Bafang BBSH, BBS02 center drive e-bike locking rings. For increased stability, it features integrated threads that allow use with the Park Tool BBT-RS mounting system or GPS-1 guide pins. The tool is not suitable for use with impact wrenches.
